In March the Avalon Arts Center is introducing a new non-exercise program to the school curriculum titled, THE PRACTICE. Utilizing the principles of Aikido and Yoga the class provides specific methods of unlocking the receptive portion of the mind and its intuitive senses. The conscious mind identified to physical body and sensory perception provides the awareness of separateness or repulsion. The conscious mind when identified to heart or feeling is then exposed to the power of attraction or unification and allows concentration from center.
As if standing on a bridge between two worlds the practitioner is afforded the opportunity to observe the perfect union of yin and yang in its purified form, giving birth to creation. All dual natures dissolve in the neutrality of balanced yin and yang, resolving conflict and establishing harmony of action with unified mind and heart.
Long ago ancient scientists unlocked the secrets of truth through the principles of magnetism and electricity. The class curriculum will involve the practical steps used by these scientists to open the conscious awareness of intuitive soul perception. This process is not mystical fantasy but a step by step process by which humanity may naturally realize their full potential and express their divinity.
